108 restaurants polonais distingués dans le Guide Michelin. Nouvelle sélection 2025 !
Les résultats de la nouvelle sélection des restaurants polonais distingués par le célèbre et prestigieux Guide Michelin viennent d’être dévoilés.
Cette année, le restaurant hub.praga de Varsovie a rejoint le cercle des établissements distingués en remportant sa première étoile MICHELIN. Varsovie compte désormais trois adresses « étoilées ». Le restaurant Bottiglieria 1881 de Cracovie a conservé ses deux étoiles pour la troisième fois, et tous les restaurants ayant obtenu une étoile jusqu’à présent ont conservé leur distinction.
Pour la première fois de son histoire, Michelin a également inclus Wrocław dans sa sélection et a immédiatement attribué le titre Bib Gourmand à trois établissements. Au total, 108 restaurants ont été distingués en Pologne, dont 7 avec une étoile ou deux étoiles et 21 avec le titre Bib Gourmand.
