TT WARSAW 2011 - International Fairs of Toursime in Warsaw (22-24.09.2011)

The TT Warsaw International Travel Show is the top event for the travel industry in Poland. It brings together the largest number of countries, which usually exhibit at national stands. It is also a very important platform for promoting the tourist offerings of Polish cities and regions with domestic and foreign partners.

This year, the organisers prepared a special event for professional organisers of conferences and incentives - the Conference “Closer to Incentive Travel” at TT Warsaw, 22 september 2011

Incentive travel is a very important branch of tourism, which we will also be paying a fair amount of attention to during the TT Warsaw show.  Professional organisers of conferences, training, incentive and integration trips, as well as employees of companies concerned with preparing delegations, seek appropriate places, services and new ideas here.

What’s more, the “Closer to Incentive Travel” conference, organised on the first day of the show, will be an opportunity to make use of the knowledge and experience of experts involved in business tourism”, says Urszula Potęga, President of the Management Board of MT Targi, the organisers of TT Warsaw.

Comprehensive offers
TT Warsaw will not fail to include exhibitors who are professional and experienced business tourism organisers. Tour operators, agents, accommodation providers (including hotels, sanatoriums, wellness and spa facilities, and bed and breakfasts) as well as carriers will present their offers. National, regional and local tourist organisations, province, county, municipal and district governments, industry chambers and associations, as well as insurance companies will also be attending.

Free admission after online registration for industry representatives
Online registration for the TT Warsaw show, which will take place on 22-24 September in the MT Polska Trade Fair and Congress Centre at ul. Marsa 56C in Warsaw, has already begun. Registering at www.ttwarsaw.pl/rejestracja will give industry representatives free admission to this year’s event. The first day of the show will traditionally be set aside exclusively for representatives of the tourist sector, ensuring comfortable conditions for business talks. The next two days, 23 and 24 September, will be open to private visitors. This year, for the first time, admission on the last day of TT Warsaw with its wealth of attractions will be free.
